On October 19 at 19:00 we invite you to a gastronomic dinner for 4 hands accompanied by premium wines from the Chateau de Talu winery.

The dinner will be hosted by the chef of the Chateau de Talu winery Sergey Kupriyanov and the chef of the Mantera Resort & Congress hotel Mikhail Kuchma. The wines will be presented by the chief oenologist of the Chateau de Talu winery Frank Dussener.

• Far Eastern scallop in ponzu sauce with Abkhaz lemon jelly
• Adler trout ceviche with sweet potato puree
• Refreshing lavender sorbet with chardonnay
• Scallop with Jerusalem artichoke puree and morel espuma
• Pie with lamb stewed in red wine and mushroom duxelle
• Mini tart with pistachio and seasonal feijoa
